Service Level Agreement Pricing

We offer a tailor-made service-level agreement (SLA) between a customer and ourselves, that defines the level of service to be provided. SLAs are often used in technology vendor contracts and outsourcing agreements. We use n-Able RMM, Cove and SentinalOne to provide complete remote management services.

SLA Options:

All options are quote exclusive of VAT and billed monthly per user in advance. Unlimited support hours apply. Special requests can be accommodated.
